Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of confirmation (business days).

Once your order is on its way, delivery times may vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link shortly after dispatch, so you can follow your parcel every step of the journey.

Please note: we do not ship to international PO boxes. Make sure to provide a physical address, as our products are too large to be delivered to PO boxes.

It is also important to notice that shipping prices exclude customs duties. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are usually paid upon arrival in your country via an invoice from the courier. The amount depends on local laws. Unclaimed packages returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address may incur extra costs - up to 80% of the product price -deducted from your refund or charged for reshipment.

International deliveries usually go smoothly, but unexpected delays may occur due to courier transfers, customs processing, strikes, or weather conditions.
